Q: Where did you grow up?
A: Platte, SD

Q: What is your education background?
A: Platte High School; University of Sioux Falls--BS in Mathematics, Education, and a minor in Computer Science; Gonzaga University--MA in Organizational Leadership

Q:What are you currently reading?
A: Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen, by Michael McDougall. A great book for those of you who like conspiracies and/or jogging.

Q:What are your favorite activities?
A: My favorite activities have stayed the same since childhood. I enjoy playing outdoors (anything adventurous), reading, and hanging out with family and friends.

Q:What's in your CD Player?
A: A little bit of everything. I am currently listening to The Decemberists.

Q: What is your family status?
A: I am married to Leah and we have a daughter named Julia.

Q: What do you like best about working at University Center?
A: The University Center (UC) is a diverse place with students from all kinds of backgrounds pursuing options from many different universities. With all this going on it is an exciting place to be! As an academic advisor I particularly enjoy guiding students to their available resources, connecting them to interesting degree programs, and supporting them as they work towards their educational goals.
