Are You Thinking About Taking An Online or Correspondence Course?

The best place to start is with yourself. To do well in an online or correspondence course, there are aspects of your life that must come together. To determine whether or not you are ready for this type of course, we recommend that you complete this Distance Education Success Indicator Quiz.

To find or register for a course available through one of the six state universities, visit www.worldclasseducation.org, or via WebAdvisor. Class formats vary and may be Term-Based or Non-Term Based; click the linked formats for a more in depth description allowing you to consider the best on for you: Online, Correspondence, or Hybrid.

Please be aware that some courses may have different types of financial aid eligibility and/or rules regarding tuition assistance programs. If there is a specific course that you have a question about, see the University Center Financial Aid Advisor or the University Center Business Office for more information. Additionally, if you take a course that is completely delivered via online/correspondence, University Center will not have your books/materials; instead you will need to contact the university's bookstore delivering the course to have books/materials delivered to you.
