( USD, SDSU, DSU, NSU, BHSU or SDSM&T )

Apply & Pay Application Fee | ||
|
Submit a completed Application for Admission (online or paper) and non-refundable $20.00 Application Fee.

|
Request OFFICIAL Transcripts be sent to University Center | ||
|
Transcripts are only considered "OFFCIAL" if they are mailed directly from the high school or post
directly to University Center (or your home school). Hand delivered, faxed or emailed
transcripts are not considered official. | |||
|
High School or GED Transcript Ask your high school to also include the following, (if available):
*ACT Scores (if taken in the last 5 years). Applicants 21 years old or younger at the start of the term you
wish to apply must complete the ACT or SAT.
*Immunization Records Post-Secondary Institutions Transcripts are required from ALL Post-Secondary Institutions you have previously attended (regardless
of length of attendance and even if no work was completed). Failure to list all previously attended institutions
may result in loss of credit and/or dismissal. |

A final admission decision can not be reached until
ALL of the above materials have been received. |
