When should you contact the help desk? When you need:

Professional support for basic computing, audio/visual, and distance education services (DDN)

Help with malfunctioning office technology (computers, printers, scanners, etc)

Help with malfunctioning smart podiums (includes elmo, vcr/dvd, lcd) or distance technologies (DDN)

Instructional technology equipment for your classroom or professional presentations

Help with network issues such as account changes

Help with accessing UC's wireless network

Information from online FAQ's, manuals, and tutorials that empower users to self-troubleshoot

Classroom Support
Equipment in most classrooms consists of a computer, projector, document camera, and DVD/VHS player.
Open Lab Hours
Technicians are available to assist faculty, staff and students access with classroom set-up, utilizing the classroom equipment, computer related questions and DDN needs.

Monday-Thurday: 8am - 10pm
Fridays: 8am - 5pm
Saturdays: 9am to 4pm
