Get to Know Nicole...
Q: Where did you grow up? A: Estelline, SD Q: What is your education background? A: I earned by Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Dakota in May 2005 and my Master of Science degree in Counseling and Student Affairs from South Dakota State University in December 2007. Q:What are you currently reading? A: The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson--it came highly recommended from SEVERAL people. The first half of the book is slow but it all comes together beatifully and you can't put it down while you are reading the last half! I definitely plan to continue on reading the series! Q:What are your favorite activities? A: In addition to reading, I love to play recreational sports like kickball (my FAVORITE), volleyball, and dodgeball. Also, I also have quite a few TV shows I enjoy watching if I have the time; however, my DVR is backed-up approximately 3 weeks! I haven't watched anything in "real-time" for a couple years now! Q: What is your family status? A: I am engaged to be married to a wonderful guy named Garett Dulaney! We will tie the knot in April 2012! Q: What do you like best about working at University Center? A: As a student, I had a very meaningful college experience. It is because of that experience and my passion for education, that I chose a career in higher education. Each student is unique and each experience is different--I love helping students develop, work toward, and achieve the goals that will make their unique experience meaningful, too! |
