Get to Know Chris...

Q: Where did you grow up?
A:  Stickney, South Dakota

Q: What is your education background?
A:  Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters in Counseling and Human Resource Development with an emphasis in Student Personnel.

Q:What are you currently reading?
A:  I like to read mystery and murder novels along with cookbooks and crafting/how to books.

Q:What are your favorite activities?
A:  Besides working and running my own business, I enjoy movies of

all sorts, cooking, traveling, music, working out and being with

family and friends.

Q: What do you like best about working at University Center?
A:  I truly enjoy the academic rigor and environment at University

Center.  Working collaboratively with colleagues, faculty and students

alike gives me great pleasure and satisfaction day in and day out.

I have been working in academia for the past 20 years and foresee working in the field for another 20 years or so.

Q: What job duties do you perform at University Center?
A:  My primary duties focus on an array of administrative and student services functions at University Center.  Generally, I assist in the planning and delivery coordination of academic courses from the partner universities, provide support to the Academic and Student Services team and faculty, assist in resolving faculty and student issues, and work as a campus liaison between the partnered universities and University Center in regards to policies and procedures.
