Payment Plan Solutions

To help meet your educational expenses, the South Dakota Board of Regents is pleased to offer the Nelnet Business Solutions Payment Plan (formally known as FACTS Management).

The NBS Payment Plan offers flexible payment options using either your credit card or e-check by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. It is not a loan; therefore, no debt is incurred, there is zero interest and/or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. NBS payment options offer a valuable, interest free alternative to lump sum payments at a reasonable cost.

NOTE: The cost to participate in the NBS Payment Plan is $40 per semester. The monthly payment will automatically occur on the 5th of each month. You may also have your payment charged to your credit card. If you elect to use your credit card, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, or Visa may be used (a 2.75% convenience fee will be charged in these instances). All down payments are processed immediately.

To enroll in the program, you will need to log into your WebAdvisor account and select SDePay. For parents to enroll in the program, your student will have to set you up as an authorized payer in SDePay.
