Downtime for Webadvisor and Student Systems
WebAdvisor and Student Information Systems will be unavailable beginning Thursday March 3rd at 6:00pm CST through Tuesday March 15th at 8:00am CST to perform an important system upgrade.
The following services will not be available during this period (Please ensure that you perform necessary items prior to Thursday March 3rd.):
- Registering for classes
- Dropping and/or Adding classes
- Transcript requests
- View or pay your bill (no additional late fees will be applied)
- Changes to your payment plan
- Placement Testing at the Testing Center
- View grade information, restrictions, or perform program evaluations
- Process any financial aid requests or issue any refunds
Important Tax Information: The 1098-T will only be available through https://www.sdbor.edu/students/1098tinfo.htm and not via Webadvisor as previously during this time.
Any student seeking to resolve issues during this time related to the above are encouraged to contact 605-367-5640 to be provided guidance.
Note that a number of other services unrelated to the student system, such as, D2L, Student Portals (MyState, myU, etc.), and Starfish will remain available during this period, but updates will not happen. If you have questions concerning this downtime please contact University Center's Help Desk
