Access Your University Library

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a borrowing system designed by the universities to allow all students to conduct quality research, even if the materials are unavailable to them at their home library. At University Center, this program serves a critical function. If the book you need for your paper is at one of the main campuses, you can get that book even if you are not a student at that institution. The Testing & Resource Center serves as a pick-up/drop-off point for Interlibrary Loan materials from the state universities.

“Reserve items” are study guides, informational books and other materials available to students. Faculty will also place items on reserve for students to check out for their classes. Course materials placed on reserve can be checked out by visiting The Testing & Resource Center.

Additionally, your instructor will have additional resources listed in your course syllabus. Another great place to start is your home school's library (see links below). Remember, your institution has strict guidelines on what constitutes as dishonesty in the classroom (i.e. cheating, plagarism, etc.). When conducting research be careful to follow the guidance of your instructor regarding how to review, utilize or augment content that was written by someone else.
